This app is provided by Shedilox ("we", "us", "the Company"). By using this app you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, please do not use the app.

The app provides a smart educational platform for secondary-school students in Egypt, which includes:

• Interactive lessons and summaries for every subject.
• A smart assistant that answers study questions.
• Adaptive quizzes and past-year exams.
• Revision cards and personalised study plans.
• Performance predictions and reports for parents.

The terms on which an account may be used are:

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
• You are responsible for keeping the credentials of your account confidential.
• You must provide true and accurate information when registering.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

The app is available on a free plan with limited features, and on paid plans (Standard and Premium).

Payments are processed through Paymob's secure payment gateway.

Paid subscriptions are one-off purchases for a fixed term (one month or one year) and are not renewed automatically; when the subscription term ends, your account automatically reverts to the free plan.

To renew your subscription, you can purchase the plan again from the pricing page at any time.

Prices are displayed in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and include all applicable taxes.

You must not:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Copy, distribute or sell the content of the app without written permission.
• Share your account with other people.
• Use automated tools to extract data from the app.

All content, designs, trade marks and software in the app are the exclusive property of Shedilox. No part of the app may be reproduced, distributed or modified without our prior written permission.

The educational content provided is for supplementary use and is not a substitute for formal schooling.

We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of all information at all times.

Performance predictions are approximate and do not represent guaranteed results.

We accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material change by an in-app notice or by email. Your continued use of the app after an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising out of your use of the app is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.

If any provision or condition of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions and conditions.
