What is the Shedilox platform?
Shedilox is a smart learning platform for secondary school students, bringing together interactive lessons, full exams, adaptive quizzes, revision cards and study plans, with dedicated tracking of your progress.
How do I choose the right study track?
Start from the tracks page to choose the Baccalaureate system or any other available track; the subjects belonging to that track are then the ones you see everywhere inside the platform.
How much does a subscription cost, and does it renew automatically?
It starts with a free plan with limited features, and paid plans (Standard and Premium) are available through the Paymob gateway. A paid subscription is a one-time purchase for a fixed period (a month or a year) and is not renewed automatically. When the period ends, your account switches automatically to the free plan unless you renew it yourself.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription date, under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law. After that, the current subscription fee cannot be refunded, except in exceptional cases such as a double charge or a fault on our side. See the refund policy page for details.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Because the subscription does not renew automatically, simply not renewing means the subscription ends at the end of its period, with no additional fees.
Can I use the platform on my phone?
Yes. The platform is available through the browser on both phone and computer, and there is also a dedicated app for students that provides a more convenient experience for everyday use.
Do I need a permanent internet connection?
The platform runs through the browser and copes reasonably well with a connection dropping, but some features such as notifications require a connection. The dedicated app provides a better mode for working offline.
What age is required to register?
You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform, and its main audience is secondary school students (roughly 15-18 years old).
Does the platform ask for sensitive personal data?
We collect only the necessary data: your name, email address and study track, plus usage data to improve your experience. We do not sell your data to any third party. Read the privacy policy for more details.
Are there discounts for schools and teachers?
Yes, we provide licences for private and international schools. Contact us through the schools page, or email our support team for details.
